Job Title: Sales & Service Engineer Executive – Compressor Machines

Location: [Ahmedabad]
Department: Sales & After-Sales Service
Reports To: Sales Manager / Service Head
Experience: 2–5 years in compressors or industrial machinery

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert opportunities for compressor machine sales.

• Conduct site visits, customer demos, and technical presentations.

• Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of compressor systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues on-site.

• Prepare service and visit reports and maintain customer records.

• Ensure AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and warranty service follow-ups.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

• Collaborate with internal teams for spares, logistics, and technical support.

• Provide product training to clients and junior staff.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and service quality protocols.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.

• 2+ years of experience in sales and servicing of compressor or industrial machines.

• Good understanding of air compressor systems (screw, piston, oil-free, etc.).

• Strong communication, customer handling, and technical problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel frequently for client visits and fieldwork.

• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
