Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) + performance-based incentives

Position Overview

We are seeking two motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Ahmedabad branch as Customer Relationship Managers (CRM). The role is a blend of office-based and field-based activities, designed to enhance customer satisfaction, manage relationships, and contribute to business growth. Candidates with a passion for sales and marketing and a proven track record are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
  2. Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term relationships.
  3. Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and understand their requirements.
  4. Create and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure high satisfaction.
  6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
  7. Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for feedback and future requirements.
  8. Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to business growth.
  10. Continuously improve knowledge of the company’s offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
  • Age: 18 to 25 years
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
  • Experience: Minimum prior experience in sales and marketing
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
