Job Description:

We are hiring a DSA Manager in Ahmedabad.

Immediate Opening: DSA Manager
Product: Secured Products (HL/LAP)


Location: Ahmedabad


Experience: 4+ years in Secured Loans, DSA Handling
Salary: Upto 7 LPA + Incentives
Qualifications: Graduation

 

Key Responsibilities:


Business Development: Identify and onboard new DSAs to expand the distribution network for Home Loans and Loan Against Property. Develop and nurture relationships with existing DSAs to ensure continuous business growth.

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property through the DSA channel. Monitor and drive DSA performance to meet business goals.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to DSAs on product features, sales techniques, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure DSAs are well-equipped to sell products effectively.

Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the secured loan market. Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with customers and addressing any issues or queries promptly. Oversee the customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all sales activities through the DSA channel comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Verify that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for the DSA channel. Track key metrics and provide insights to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Key Skills Required:


Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property through DSA channels.
Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills to manage and motivate DSAs effectively.
Negotiation Skills : Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and manage DSA relationships.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the secured loan market, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of DSAs to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Graduation in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in secured loan sales, preferably in Home Loans and Loan Against Property through DSA channels.
