We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of telemarketing experience in the real estate sector, with a strong ability to generate leads, engage potential clients, and assist in closing property deals. This role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate real estate leads.
- Understand client property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Follow up with clients to nurture leads and schedule site visits.
- Maintain an updated database of potential customers and track sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and available property listings.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (but not mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of telemarketing experience in real estate sales.
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
- Good knowledge of real estate market trends and property listings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
