Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee financial management, taxation, compliance, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, accounting, and regulatory compliance, ensuring smooth financial operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Accounting & Auditing: Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow). Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Taxation Compliance: Manage and oversee income tax, sales tax, GST, and other indirect taxes. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST Act.
• Advisory Services: Provide financial planning and budgeting insights to management.
• Internal Audits: Conduct regular audits to maintain financial accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze financial data to improve cost efficiency and optimize business operations.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategic solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
