Job Description:

Job Title: Warehouse Manager (2 Positions)

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Education: Any Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse operations, ensuring seamless storage, organization, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct routine stock audits, and implement measures to prevent discrepancies.
• Oversee order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Implement effective return management strategies to minimize losses and enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with warehouse safety protocols and optimize space utilization for improved efficiency.
• Coordinate with e-commerce and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and smooth order processing.
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock movement, update records, and analyze inventory data.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges while streamlining warehouse processes for enhanced productivity.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.
• Foster a structured, high-performance warehouse environment to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management and e-commerce logistics.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse operations tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume order processing environment.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
