We are hiring a Sr. Service Engineer in Sanand.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays and Sundays off)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Age Limit: 23 to 35 years
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Service Engineer to join our Service Department. The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing service operations, ensuring timely and efficient support to clients, leading the service team, and implementing continuous improvement practices to enhance service quality and operational performance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and customer service acumen.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage equipment installations and system setup.

Provide expert-level support for customer queries and ensure timely resolution of service tickets.

Lead maintenance and repair activities, ensuring optimal system performance.

Plan and manage site visits, ensuring timely and effective execution.

Conduct training sessions and maintain detailed service documentation.

Foster strong customer relationships and manage key accounts.

Perform quality assurance checks and manage customer feedback systems.

Administer warranty programs and ensure contract compliance.

Drive continuous improvement in service processes, standards, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to align service goals with organizational objectives.
Required Skills:

In-depth knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

High level of organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or a related field).
Work Experience:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in project and service management or a similar technical role.
