We are hiring a Production (Electrical) Engineer in Sanand.

Job Title: Production (Electrical) Engineer

Department: Production

(Only Male Can Apply)

Location: Sanand

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday and Sundays Off)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Age Limit: 23 to 30 years
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in industrial automation or electrical panel production
Education Required: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and plan new production jobs related to electrical panels and instrumentation.

• Prepare technical documentation and electrical design layouts.

• Support the production team to ensure job completion within deadlines.

• Coordinate with the service team for analysis and repair of faulty products.

• Oversee task distribution and assist in resolving on-floor production challenges.

• Generate accurate electrical drawings and wiring diagrams for production reference.

• Develop and manage quality control processes and maintain proper documentation.

• Collect and act on production feedback to enhance product quality.

• Monitor team performance, provide training, and maintain training records.

• Collaborate with other departments for smooth workflow and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in control panel wiring and electrical schematics

• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems

• Experience with technical drawing tools and Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with project management tools and software

• Good documentation, troubleshooting, and team coordination abilities
