Job Title: Video Editor (Short-Form Content Specialist)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years

Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit engaging and high-quality short-form videos (Reels & Shorts) with dynamic pacing, transitions, and effects.

• Apply color grading, motion graphics, and animated text overlays to enhance visual storytelling.

• Implement font theory and color psychology to increase content impact and audience retention.

• Optimize video content for virality and maximum engagement across social media platforms.

• Collaborate closely with content creators and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, styles, and techniques in short-form video content.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects without compromising on quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in video editing.

• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut.

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and motion graphics principles.

• Ability to deliver at least one high-quality reel per day.

• Familiarity with social media content pacing and strategies for audience retention.

• Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.

• Capability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills to translate the company’s vision into impactful video content.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience in sound design and audio mixing.

• Exposure to AI-powered editing tools and automation workflows.

• Basic knowledge of scripting and pre-production planning.

Compensation:

Monthly Salary: Up to  ₹28,000 
Note: Final salary will be determined based on interview performance and candidate profile.
