Location: Ahmedabad

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms.

• Develop creative content, including posts, captions, and video concepts aligned with brand messaging.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media.

• Create engaging graphics and visuals using tools like Canva.

• Generate innovative ideas to boost engagement, visibility, and brand presence.

• Write clear and effective social media content in both English and Hindi.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns.

• Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female (as the organization hires female candidates only).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in social media or digital marketing.

• Location Proximity: Residing within 10 km driving distance from the office.

• Communication Skills: Strong command of English (verbal and written) and Hindi.

• Personality Traits: Self-motivated, extroverted, proactive, and creative.

• Technical Skills: Basic working knowledge of Canva; experience in digital marketing is a plus.
