Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Growth:
Define and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and explore new market opportunities for electrical and lubrication solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
Oversee business expansion, new product launches, and geographic expansion.
Sales & Marketing:
Develop and implement sales plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
Lead the sales team, set KPIs, and ensure target achievement.
Build relationships with industrial customers, distributors, and OEMs.
Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategies for both business verticals.
Leverage digital marketing and lead generation channels for business growth.
Operations & Supply Chain Management:
Streamline supply chain, procurement, and inventory management.
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure product quality and service efficiency.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth business operations.
Ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support for lubrication and electrical
solutions.
Team Leadership & Development:
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and operations team.
Establish a performance-driven work culture with regular training programs.
Set clear goals for sales, service, and operations teams.
Financial & P&L Management:
Drive cost optimization strategies while ensuring product quality.
