Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Growth:
 Define and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
 Identify and explore new market opportunities for electrical and lubrication solutions.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
 Oversee business expansion, new product launches, and geographic expansion.

Sales & Marketing:
 Develop and implement sales plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
 Lead the sales team, set KPIs, and ensure target achievement.
 Build relationships with industrial customers, distributors, and OEMs.
 Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategies for both business verticals.
 Leverage digital marketing and lead generation channels for business growth.

Operations & Supply Chain Management:
 Streamline supply chain, procurement, and inventory management.
 Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure product quality and service efficiency.
 Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth business operations.
 Ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support for lubrication and electrical
solutions.

Team Leadership & Development:
 Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and operations team.
 Establish a performance-driven work culture with regular training programs.
 Set clear goals for sales, service, and operations teams.
Financial & P&L Management:
 Drive cost optimization strategies while ensuring product quality.
