Job Title: Inventory Executive

Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain / Operations
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Inventory Manager
(Only Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for inventory planning.

• Track and report inventory discrepancies and variances.

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials for easy identification and retrieval.

• Use inventory management systems/software to update stock data in real-time.

• Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and production schedules.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with internal inventory procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse, or logistics operations.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, Tally, Zoho Inventory).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data entry.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Understanding of supply chain and warehouse processes is a plus.
