Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

• Assist in preparing reports, documents, and internal communications.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless internal workflows.

• Manage emails, phone calls, and administrative correspondence.

• Maintain and update databases, files, and inventory records.

• Support the finance and HR teams with basic clerical tasks.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal events.

• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

• Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.

• Provide general administrative support to back office staff as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

• Proven experience in administrative or back office roles.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
