Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable products/services.

Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets.

Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Record and maintain client interactions and sales activity in CRM software.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
