Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and optimize high-performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant B2B channels.

Manage and allocate paid advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation.

Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking and attribution systems to monitor campaign performance across channels.

Build and refine audience targeting strategies based on industry, company size, job title, and other relevant B2B segmentation criteria.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to create impactful ad creatives and conversion-optimized landing pages.

Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and call-to-action (CTA) elements to improve performance continuously.

Generate detailed campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Identify and explore emerging digital marketing opportunities tailored to the industrial manufacturing sector.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in B2B lead generation.

Partner with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and refine targeting strategies based on real-time feedback.

Ensure alignment between performance marketing activities and broader marketing strategies and brand messaging.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in B2B or industrial sectors.

Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital ad platforms.

Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing platforms.

Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), lead scoring, and campaign attribution models.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
