Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1 Years
Salary: 1.4 To 2.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries.

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns as per statutory deadlines.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.

• Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and day-to-day financial transactions.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

• Generate MIS reports for management review.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and departments to resolve accounting-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter or M.Com preferred).

• 2–4 years of accounting experience in a corporate or firm environment.

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

• Sound knowledge of taxation laws, TDS, GST, and general ledger processes.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
