Job Title: Junior Engineer – Construction Equipment (Fiori Concrete Mixer)

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Site Engineer / Project Manager
Salary: 1.80 To 2.16LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation, monitoring, and routine maintenance of Fiori concrete mixers or equivalent equipment.

• Conduct site-level inspections to ensure efficient equipment performance and compliance with safety standards.

• Support senior engineers in planning daily production targets and equipment allocation.

• Maintain logs of mixer usage, concrete batching records, and daily progress reports.

• Coordinate with the logistics and materials team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

• Participate in equipment troubleshooting under the supervision of the maintenance team.

• Ensure adherence to all site safety protocols and equipment handling procedures.

• Report any operational anomalies to the supervisor and recommend improvements.

• Assist in training site workers on the proper handling of equipment when required.

• Stay updated on manufacturer guidelines and basic servicing schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Construction Engineering.

• 1–3 years of experience with Fiori mixers or other self-loading concrete equipment.

• Strong understanding of concrete mixing processes and site operations.

• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems in construction machinery.

• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

• Ability to work under field conditions in multiple project locations.
