Job Title: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity

• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet targets

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in compliance with company policies

• Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain product standards

• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to ensure performance goals are met

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed

• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices

• Ensure proper inventory control of raw materials and finished products

• Collaborate with planning, logistics, and other departments to optimize production flow

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of production machinery and processes

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
