🛠️ Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for handling technical support, servicing, and installation of industrial automation and electrical control systems. Your primary duties include:

* Installation, commissioning & maintenance of electrical/electronic control panels and systems.
* Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions at client sites.
* Handling AMC, breakdown visits, and preventive maintenance.
* Providing onsite and remote technical support to clients.
* Coordinating with the internal team for spares, tools, and documentation.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service and communication.
* Preparing service reports and maintaining job records.

✅ Key Skills Required:

* Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
* Expertise in handling PLCs, HMIs, Drives, and Automation Panels.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
* Hands-on experience with testing tools and instruments.
* Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
* Willingness to travel as per job requirements.
