Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to increase showroom footfall and customer engagement.

Identify potential corporate and individual clients and convert leads into sales.

Promote gold schemes, offers, and new product collections to both walk-in and external customers.

Maintain and expand customer database through referrals and field visits.

Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions and advertising campaigns.

Represent the showroom at events, exhibitions, and community initiatives.
-
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Provide input on customer preferences and market trends.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare daily reports and communicate progress to management.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in retail sales or business development (jewellery experience preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
-
Knowledge of gold/jewellery products, purity standards, and industry norms is an advantage.
-
Fluency in local language and basic English preferred.
