Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Cummins products in the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, OEMs, and key decision-makers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients to understand their needs.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, logistics) for order fulfillment and after-sales support.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM tools.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and credit controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial/engineering products, preferably with engines or power solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Cummins products is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
