Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

Identify potential clients including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.

Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, exhibitions, and cold outreach.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with existing and new B2B clients.

Ensure repeat business and client satisfaction through timely support.

Retail & Distribution Expansion:

Explore new offline and online sales channels to grow brand presence.

Onboard new resellers, franchisees, and distributors.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average deal size.

Market Research:

Study market trends, competitor brands, and customer preferences.

Share insights with internal teams to improve offerings and pricing strategies.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details with clients.

Finalize deals while ensuring alignment with company profitability.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

Work closely with production, inventory, and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and promotions.

Ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

Reporting & CRM:

Maintain accurate records of all business development activities.

Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Participation in Events & Exhibitions:

Represent the brand at trade shows, fashion exhibitions, and industry events.

Network to generate business leads and promote the brand.

Customer Feedback & Brand Development:

Gather feedback from partners to improve product range and customer experience.

Contribute ideas to strengthen brand identity and visibility.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of retail and wholesale apparel markets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media platforms.
