Job Title: Telecaller – Gold Showroom

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information.

• Explain current offers, promotions, and product details.

• Maintain records of calls, feedback, and customer responses.

• Follow up with leads to convert into showroom visits or purchases.

• Coordinate with the sales team for seamless customer service.

• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times.

• Provide after-sales support and collect feedback from customers.

• Update CRM with accurate call details and outcomes.

• Handle basic customer complaints and direct complex issues to relevant staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; a degree is a plus.

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in [insert local language] and basic English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Polite, patient, and persuasive attitude.

• Knowledge or interest in gold/jewelry products is an advantage.
