Job Title: Branch Collection Manager – Unsecured Loan

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of field and tele-calling collection executives.

• Monitor daily collections and follow-ups for overdue unsecured loans.

• Set targets for collection staff and track performance against KPIs.

• Ensure timely follow-up and recovery of delinquent accounts.

• Coordinate with legal teams on recovery through legal channels when required.

• Analyze collection data to identify risk patterns and problem accounts.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

• Maintain MIS reports, recovery dashboards, and branch performance metrics.

• Train and mentor team members for better efficiency and customer handling.

• Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and tact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

• 4–6 years of experience in unsecured loan collections, with 1–2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good understanding of the collections lifecycle and legal recovery process.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and collection management tools.
