Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle for roles across departments (Sales, Credit, Collections, Operations, etc.).

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring goals.

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with departments for technical rounds.

Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles.

Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics to track hiring progress.

Collaborate with onboarding teams for smooth joining and induction.

Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Continuously improve recruitment processes for better efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).

3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services.

Strong understanding of hiring for sales and credit profiles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient with ATS, job portals, and MS Office tools.
