Job Title:

State Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor technical programs and activities across the state

• Lead and mentor district-level technical teams and field engineers

• Ensure compliance with technical guidelines, SOPs, and quality benchmarks

• Collaborate with state government officials, departments, and partner organizations

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions for on-ground teams

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives

• Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements

• Manage resources, tools, and logistics required for technical operations

• Stay updated with latest technologies, standards, and industry trends

• Ensure timely delivery of project outcomes in alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/IT) or relevant technical field

• 5–8 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in government or development sector

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data reporting

• Willingness to travel extensively within the state
