📝 Job Description (JD): SO/SM – Used Commercial Vehicle & Commercial Equipment Loan
Position Title: SO/SM
Department: Sales – Asset Finance
Location : Ahmedabad / Surat
Experience Required: 1–5 years in commercial vehicle/equipment loan sales
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, dealer networks, and references

Promote and sell used commercial vehicle and equipment loan products to customers (transporters, contractors, SMEs, etc.)

Meet assigned monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets

Collect necessary documentation and assist in completing the loan application

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan approvals and disbursement

Conduct field verification and KYC checks

Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, vehicle/equipment dealers, and customers

Ensure post-sales customer service and loan repayment follow-ups

Provide timely market feedback on pricing, competitor products, and customer trends
Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)

1–5 years of experience in sales of CV, CE loans, or related financial products

Good communication and negotiation skills
-
Familiarity with local markets, dealer networks, and field sales

Must be comfortable with field work and meeting clients in person
