We Are Hiring International Sales Mnager In Ahmedabad.

Job Title: International Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Ahmedabad
Reports To: Director of Sales / VP of International Business
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.

  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement international sales strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Client Acquisition: Build and manage relationships with distributors, partners, and direct clients across global territories.

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by driving revenue growth in assigned international markets.

  • Negotiation & Contracts: Handle high-value negotiations, contracts, and pricing with overseas clients and partners.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, marketing, logistics, and finance teams for efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all international sales activities comply with local laws, export-import regulations, and internal standards.

  • Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in different regions to refine strategies.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and regional trends to senior management.

  • Trade Shows & Travel: Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5–8 years of experience in international sales or global business development.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding international sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of global markets, trade practices, and cross-border regulations.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work across different time zones and business environments.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and international sales platforms.

  • Revenue generated from international markets.

  • Number of new international clients acquired.

  • Market share growth in target countries.

  • Client retention and satisfaction.
