Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals

Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in CRM

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Attend industry events and trade shows when required
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
