Position: CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive
Industry: Textile / Garment / Apparel
Location: [Ahmedabad]
Reporting To: Sales/Marketing Manager or CRM Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system

• Handle client queries, follow-ups, and service requests promptly

• Support sales teams by providing accurate client data and insights

• Coordinate order processing and ensure timely delivery updates

• Generate CRM reports for sales and marketing departments

• Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues as needed

• Ensure regular communication with clients regarding product updates and order status

• Help implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention

• Analyze customer feedback and trends to support business growth

• Maintain a strong relationship with key clients in the textile industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of CRM or customer service experience (preferably in textiles)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
