We Are Hiring Back Office In Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: [Ahmedabad]
Department: Operations / Administration
Reports To: Office Manager / Operations Head

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records

  • Handle documentation, filing, and database updates

  • Process and prepare reports, invoices, and other documents

  • Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments

  • Maintain inventory and office supplies as needed

  • Respond to emails and internal requests promptly

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars

  • Support operations with clerical and administrative tasks

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company information

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role (fresher also considered)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and filing systems
