Job Title: Sales Manager – Vehicle Finance
Location: [Ahmedabad]
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Head
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of vehicle loans (new and used) through dealers, DSA, and direct sourcing

Develop and manage relationships with automobile dealers, brokers, and channel partners
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets

Conduct market analysis and identify potential customers and business opportunities

Lead a team of Sales Officers/Executives, set targets, and monitor performance
-
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for loan processing
-
Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth disbursal
-
Monitor portfolio performance and maintain healthy asset quality

Organize promotional activities and campaigns to generate leads
-
Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Finance, or related field

3–6 years of experience in vehicle finance sales (NBFC/BFSI preferred)

Strong knowledge of auto loan products, market trends, and credit policies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to build and manage teams and channel partners

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
