Job Summary

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities.

• Supervise warehouse workers and maintain discipline.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and prepare stock reports.

• Must have strong team handling skills and Excel reporting knowledge.

Hierarchy Structure

• Warehouse Manager → Warehouse Supervisor → Warehouse Workers

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse workers and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Manage team tasks, allocation, and discipline.

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports using Excel.

• Ensure proper inward and outward material entry and tracking.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and inventory reports.

• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and storage practices.

• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager for stock planning and dispatch.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification to ensure inventory accuracy.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.

• Proficient in MS Excel reporting.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Male graduate with minimum 2 years of warehouse supervision experience.

• Punctual, responsible, and process-oriented.
