• Develop risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Lead turnaround strategies for underperforming departments or units.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field; PhD preferred.

• 10–15+ years in senior management or executive roles.
