Reports To: Reporting Manager / Department Head
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, compile, and deliver accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) for internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain and update all documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with multiple departments to gather, validate, and interpret data for reporting.

Develop and standardize report templates and documentation formats.

Ensure proper version control and document archiving protocols.

Support audits by providing necessary reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Continuously improve reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, and confidentiality policies.

Assist in writing manuals, SOPs, technical documents, and business presentations.

Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to enhance reporting quality.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in reporting, documentation, or data administration roles.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; experience with reporting tools a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
