We Are Hiring SO/SM - Product - Vyapar Shakti - Lap In Surat.


Job Title:

Sales Officer / Sales Manager – Product: Vyapar Shakti (LAP)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve business targets for Vyapar Shakti (LAP) product in the assigned territory.

  • Generate leads through field visits, channel partners, and cold calls.

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.

  • Manage the entire loan processing cycle – sourcing, documentation, credit evaluation support, and disbursal coordination.

  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing.

  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, DSA, and local business communities.

  • Provide periodic market intelligence and competitor insights to improve strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Track and report sales performance and pipeline status regularly.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (preferably with MBA or Finance background).

  • 1–5 years of experience in LAP/MSME/SME lending, NBFCs/Banks/Fintech preferred.

  • Good understanding of local markets and property documentation.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel locally and meet customers in person.
