🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and transactions

• Prepare and maintain financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

• Process invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks)

• Assist in audits and financial reporting

• Monitor bank transactions and perform reconciliations

• Handle payroll and related compliance (PF/ESIC)

• Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and departments

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial data management

✅ Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask

• Good communication and coordination skills
