Job Description – HR Manager Company Name: Teamex Retail Limited Designation: HR Manager Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Week Off: Sunday Salary: ■20,000 – ■30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution. • Maintain payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance records. • Plan and execute employee training and development programs. • Support performance management system and employee appraisal process. • Lead employee engagement activities and retention initiatives. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. • Coordinate with management to align HR strategies with business goals. • Maintain HR reports, employee records, and HRIS systems. Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role. • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
