π’ We’re Hiring – Business Development Executive (Real Estate)
π Location: Ahmedabad
πΌ Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Real Estate Sales)
π° Salary: Based on Interview
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
π Generate new leads through networking, referrals & digital platforms
π₯ Meet potential clients/investors & present project offerings
π Conduct site visits, explain project details & approvals (RERA, NA/NOC)
π€ Handle client queries, negotiations & close sales deals
π Maintain strong client relationships & ensure after-sales support
π Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets & prepare reports
π Stay updated with market trends & competitor activities
β¨ Key Skills Required:
π Four Wheeler Driving (Mandatory)
π£ Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
π€ Strong Negotiation & Convincing Ability
π‘ Knowledge of Real Estate Sales (Preferred)
π₯ Customer Handling & Relationship Management
π― Target-Oriented & Result Driven
π» MS Office & CRM Knowledge
