Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and connect with potential clients through field visits, calls, emails, and networking  Understand project requirements and introduce BMEPC’s capabilities and solutions  Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tender documents Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and presentations  Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client informationand activity logs  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with businessgoals Build and nurture long-term client relationships  RepresentBM EPC in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences Provide market feedback to internal teams on customer needs, competitive activities, and industry trends


Candidate Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or relatedfield 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in EPC, pharma, or healthcare-related industries  Excellent communication and negotiation skills  Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented  Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and project visits Proficiency in MS Office tools; CRM knowledge is a plus  Must possess a valid driving license and own two-wheeler or four-wheeler
