Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. International Market Development:
  •  Identify potential international buyers, distributors, and importers for spices through online research, trade portals, and B2B platforms.
  •  Develop new markets and expand business in existing regions (Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia, USA, etc.).
  • 2. Lead Generation & Data Mining:
  •  Conduct data research using global trade portals (e.g., Alibaba, Tradewheel, IndiaMART, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Import Genius, EXIMPedia, etc.).
  •  Generate and qualify leads from various international databases, directories, and trade websites.
  • 3. Business Communication & Negotiation:
  •  Communicate effectively with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
  •  Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and coordinate samples or documentation as needed.
  • 4. International Sales & Order Execution:
  •  Manage end-to-end export sales process — inquiry handling, order finalization, payment follow-up, shipment coordination, and documentation.
  •  Coordinate with internal departments for production planning, logistics, and dispatch.
  • 5. Digital Research & Market Analysis:
  •  Stay updated with global market trends, import policies, and competitor pricing.
  •  Analyze export data and prepare monthly business reports.
  • 6. Trade Exhibitions & Networking:
  •  Participate in international trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and virtual exhibitions to promote brand and products.
  •  Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.
  • 7. CRM & Documentation:
  •  Maintain client database and track interactions using CRM or Excel-based reporting tools.
  •  Ensure accuracy in export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.) in coordination with export and logistics teams.
  • Key Accountability Areas:
  •  Identify and develop new business opportunities across global spice markets.
  •  Generate qualified leads through online research, trade portals, and export databases
  •  Build, manage, and retain strong relationships with international buyers and distributors
  •  Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets across assigned territories
  •  Conduct continuous research on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
  •  Coordinate with logistics and operations for accurate and timely order execution and export documentation
  •  Maintain sales records, client data, and periodic performance reports for management review
