🧾 Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer (HVAC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical support for HVAC products and solutions to clients in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
* Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients to close sales.
* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable HVAC systems and solutions.
* Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for technical and commercial offers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

✅ Skills & Competencies:
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHU, Ductable, Ventilation, etc.)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
