Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Coordinator in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management:Process incoming orders, prepare proforma invoices, and track the production status with the shop floor team.
- Client Communication:Maintain professional correspondence with clients via email and phone. You will be responsible for providing timely updates on delivery schedules.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer feedback, and monthly reports.
- Coordination:Act as a liaison between the Sales, Production, and Dispatch departments to ensure "On-Time Delivery" (OTD).
- Quotation Support:Assist the sales team in preparing and sending technical quotations based on sheet metal specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education:Graduate in any stream (Business Administration or Commerce preferred).
- Communication:Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory for this role.
- Technical Proficiency:Skilled in MS Office (specifically Excel for data tracking and Outlook for professional emailing).
- Experience:1 to 2 years in a coordination or back-office sales role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setup.

- Strong multi-tasking abilities and time management.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under tight deadlines.
- A basic understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred but not mandatory).
