Job Description:
We are hiring a Branch Sales in Ahmedabad.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Executive to drive business growth,
manage branch operations, and ensure excellent customer service in the logistics/courier segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Generate new business through field sales and client acquisition (B2B)
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Identify new market opportunities
Operations Management:
• Ensure timely booking, dispatch, and delivery
• Monitor daily operations and resolve issues
• Maintain compliance and coordinate with HO
Cost & Profitability:
• Monitor costs and improve efficiency
• Manage profitability and act on audits
Billing & Documentation:
• Ensure billing accuracy and collections
• Maintain proper documentation
Customer Relationship:
• Handle queries and complaints
• Maintain long-term client relationships
Reporting:
• Prepare MIS reports and coordinate internally
Required Skills:
• Strong communication & negotiation
• Field sales experience
• Logistics knowledge
• Basic computer skills
• Problem-solving ability
