Job Description:
We are hiring a CRE in Ahmedabad.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales team
- Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and appointments
- Maintain customer records, walk-in registers, and CRM data
- Assist customers with queries related to billing, exchange, and after-sales service
- Collect customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns
- Encourage customers to provide online reviews (Google, social media)
- Coordinate with store staff for smooth customer handling and VIP services
- Support store events, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Monitor staff grooming and maintain daily checklists
🎓 Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, local language)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
- Presentable personality with professional grooming
- Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively
- Positive attitude, polite, and service-oriented approach
