🔑 Key Responsibilities

💼 Accounts Receivable & Collections

Monitor and manage channel partners and customer accounts for timely collections
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Follow up with clients for pending payments
Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding dues

📊 Loan & Jansamarth Process
Assist customers with documentation and loan processing
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for approvals and status updates
Ensure timely and accurate loan processing

📁 Recordkeeping & Reporting
Maintain financial records using Tally and other tools
Prepare reports on collections, outstanding payments, and loan status
Update data in Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

🤝 Client Communication & Coordination
Communicate with channel partners and customers effectively
Handle queries related to payments and loans
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)

Experience:
1–2 years in Accounts Receivable / Collections
Experience in loan processing or Jansamarth (preferred)

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tally ERP
Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Sheets

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and convincing ability
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
