Job Description:
We are hiring a ASM in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and achieve sales targets in the assigned area
Develop new customers and expand dealer/distributor network
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and OEMs
Handle product presentations and technical discussions
Manage pricing, negotiations, and deal closures
Conduct market research and track competitor activities
Ensure timely payment collections and follow-ups
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates
Team & Channel Management
Manage and support dealers and distributors
Guide and monitor sales executives/engineers
Ensure effective team performance at the area level
Required Skills
Experience in B2B / Industrial Sales
Knowledge of pneumatics or air compressors (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Good market understanding
Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
