We are hiring a Finance Manager in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Finance Manager (CA Qualified)

📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
💼 Experience Required: 3–4 Years
🎓 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Audit & Transaction Review

  • Conduct daily audits of financial and operational transactions

  • Verify accounting entries, supporting documents, and ledger accuracy

  • Perform reconciliation of inter-company, customer, and vendor accounts

  • Ensure proper bank, cash, and stock reconciliation with accurate valuation

  • Monitor forex gain/loss accounting and settlement of staff advances

  • Review payroll accuracy, finance cost allocation, and statutory compliance

  • Track debtors’ and creditors’ aging and ensure adherence to company policies

2. Reporting of Irregularities

  • Identify discrepancies, financial irregularities, and compliance gaps

  • Prepare and maintain Daily Irregularities Reports

  • Submit Monthly Consolidated Reports by the 5th of every month

  • Escalate critical financial and operational issues to management promptly

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Support MIS reporting and management dashboards

  • Conduct variance analysis and identify financial trends

  • Evaluate profitability, cost efficiency, and operational performance

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

4. System Improvements & Internal Controls

  • Identify control gaps and recommend corrective measures

  • Strengthen internal financial control systems and processes

  • Support ERP implementation and finance automation initiatives

5. Team Management & Coordination

  • Lead and supervise audit and finance teams

  • Ensure smooth coordination across departments and entities

  • Drive accountability, compliance, and process discipline within teams

Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in Financial Reporting & MIS
