We are hiring experienced professionals for the position of *Sales Manager* for multiple locations across Africa:

📍 Cameroon | DRC | Ivory Coast | Gabon
💼 Department: Sales
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle sales operations in modern trade & wholesale markets
✔ Drive business growth and market expansion
✔ Develop new customer acquisition strategies
✔ Lead and manage sales teams effectively
✔ Build strong client and business relationships
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

🔹 Candidate Requirements:
✅ 4–8 years of Sales experience (Agro/FMCG/related industry preferred)
✅ Strong exposure to modern market & wholesale operations
✅ Proven track record in sales growth and market development
✅ Excellent communication, leadership & negotiation skills
✅ Ability to work in a target-driven environment
✅ French-speaking proficiency is mandatory

💰 Salary Range: USD 1,500 – 2,500
