We are hiring a Production Trainee / Junior Team Leader in Ahmedabad.
Production Trainee / Junior Team Leader
Vacancies: 8–10
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate shop-floor production activities
* Operate and monitor production machines when required
* Supervise manpower and ensure smooth workflow
* Maintain production records and daily reports
* Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
* Ensure safety, discipline, and productivity on the shop floor
* Identify and resolve day-to-day production issues
Qualification:
* Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Electrical Engineering / ITI
* Freshers are welcome, 1–2 years of manufacturing experience will be an added advantage
Desired Skills:
* Leadership and team management potential
* Problem-solving mindset
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Willingness to work on the shop floor
